a. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is available for all orders. The flat rate for standard shipping is R172.50. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination but typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

b. You may also send your own courier or collect orders from our Johannesburg branch: 14 Swartgoud Street, Ridgeway.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipment Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's website.
